In order for us to provide you efficient, accurate parts help; PLEASE included a TELEPHONE NUMBER where you can be reached during our scheduled OPEN HOURS. (You may also include a FAX number if you like.) YOU MUST include the YEAR, MODEL, and if possible, the SERIAL (VIN) NUMBER of your
BMW Motorcycle.

If you are not sure what to call a part, or exactly which parts you need; try to BRIEFLY explain what you are trying to achieve. We can take it from there, doing our best to give you SOLID ADVICE on how to best achieve your goal.

We make every effort to answer your E-MAIL PARTS REQUESTS in as timely a manner as our staffing level allows. Often this is 2 or 3 days. If your BMW parts needs are urgent, you will get a quicker response from us if you will call us on the phone. We are sorry for any inconvience this may cause you.
